Design request privacy notice
This notice explains how Callum's Custom Creations uses information submitted through the product designer.
Information collected
We collect the contact details you enter, the product and quantity selected, your notes, the design preview, print artwork and editable project file. Basic technical information may also be recorded to protect the form from spam and misuse.
How it is used
The information is used to review your design request, contact you about the design, provide a price and arrange production, delivery and payment when you decide to proceed.
How long it is kept
Unconfirmed design requests are normally removed after 90 days. Information connected with an accepted order may need to be kept for longer for customer service, accounting and legal record-keeping.
Sharing
Your details and files are not sold. They may be processed by hosting, email, payment or delivery providers only where needed to handle your request or order.
